Remember those sesame noodles I used to order in New York as a cash- strapped actress? Well, I’ve re-created my own recipe here and, in my humble opinion, it’s even better than the original. Best part? This is a cinch to make.

This sesame noodle salad recipe is as easy as it gets. The most time-consuming part of it is cooking the Asian noodles which is done while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Then you just need to grate your carrots, mince the garlic, chop the cilantro, and squeeze the lime. Once the noodles are cooked and cooled you can add all of the ingredients and mix. Yes, it’s that easy!
