The recipe is easily divisible or multiplied! Just make sure to divide/multiply all ingredients by the same amount: 👇 ✨ White chocolate couverture: 200g /2= 100g ✨ Hot cream: 100ml /2 = 50ml ✨ Cold cream: 190ml /2 = 95ml ✨ Vanilla bean: 1/2 pod or 1/2 tbsp of paste ✨ Pure vanilla extract: 1/2 tbsp To whip: 🌸 I started the mixer on medium low and gradually increased the speed in order to make the ganache rise. You need a bit of power to change it from a regular ganache to a whipped ganache. 🌸 BE CAREFUL: THE GANACHE OVER-WHIPS EASILY !!
