About a year ago, she began losing small patches of hair - a condition called alopecia areata, and something a handful of my clients have had. Thankfully the patches of lost hair grew back in, BUT they grew in WHITE which is something I haven’t seen before 🤯. She has a little salt & pepper everywhere else, but EVERY patch of lost hair that she had, has grown back in pure white. During our consultation, she told me that although some of her friends (and also me haha) told her that her new grey pattern is pretty cool, she wasn’t ready to fully embrace this yet and I fully respected this decision. YOU have to do what makes YOU feel beautiful and confident. Period.
