As someone who's been in actual life-or-death combat (no weapons thankfully), you don't always bleed from shots to the face. It's actually not that common and is based on where and how you hit. Another point: yes, adrenaline can work against you, BUT it also allows you to ignore the limitations of your body. You're faster and stronger with adrenaline, which is why it's so useful for survival. Also note that your perception will probably be altered in some way. I'd continue, but Pinterest says no
