Save this recipe below! Stay Fit Mom Spaghetti Casserole To make 5 servings: Cook 8oz. Spaghetti noodles (dry wt.) Once cooked stir in: 1 T. butter 2.5 T. parmesan cheese some salt & pepper Layer in your mini casserole dishes. Next cook: 3/4 pound lean ground beef or turkey drain fat and add: 1/2 diced onion (150g) 2 diced celery stalks (67g) 1/2 diced bell pepper (90g) Cook until veggies are tender.
