Hibiscus 🌺 Apple 🍎 tea 🫖 for blood pressure . 1/2 cup dried hibiscus 1/2 apple 1-2 cinnamon sticks Juice from 1/2 lemon Honey (sweeten to taste) 3-4 cups waters . . Boil all ingredients on high heat for about 5min, then remove from the heat and let tea steep for about 20min. Strain all ingredients and enjoy warm or chilled. Add more sweetener of choice if needed.
