Vintage Madame Alexander Irish Doll Blinking green eyes. Pale ginger hair. Includes tatted bonnet, floral shawl, green dress, apron, petticoat, bloomers, socks and shoes. All limbs attached but slightly loose.

Large and adorable Madame Alexander Pussycat doll a large size measuring between 20 and 21". Original clothes are tagged. Cryer works occasionally. See photos! Big baby doll in excellent and clean condition, hair in original set! No smoke or other odors. A few smudgies on legs but overall very clean and nice. I believe I read that Wilkins designed the model for these Alexander puddings and she definitely looks like it. An excellent doll to display with Eloise Wilkins books or dolls!

I found this Madame Alexander baby doll at a thrift store for $2.99! She was wearing this dress which did not fit her, so I knew it was not her original dress. Her hair was matted and felt gummy. She was very dirty and had pen marks. Her hair felt dirty, so first thing I washed her hair. I used some fabric softener after her wash to soften her hair which was very frizzy. NOTE: since this post I have highly recommended wig shampoo and conditioner instead of downy dunk. Doll care & cleaning…
