We are working arms, shoulders, back, chest and core..

For reference, I used 30lb dumbbells. 

✅ 5 curls
✅ 5 Arnold press
✅ 5 lateral raises
✅ 5 reverse flies
✅ 5 push ups

8 rounds of pure bliss..
