The Note Ninjas on Instagram: "Boost Bed Mobility with Bean Bags! 🛏️  In this video, we’re focusing on bridging and core engagement with a twist: 1️⃣ Bridging: Pass bean bags under the back to the opposite side, enhancing strength, stability, and coordination. ➡️Modification: For added difficulty, try holding the bridge position longer or adding a small weight on the pelvis. To downgrade, start with a supported bridge using a pillow under the hips.  2️⃣ Weaving: Lie supine and weave bean bags through the legs to challenge the core and promote lower extremity coordination. ➡️Modification: To upgrade, instruct your patient to lift the head and shoulders slightly off the bed for added core activation. This particular patient post CVA with L sided neglect and hemiparesis was working on L sided awareness, strength, and coordination. 

Colored dot on the floor was used for foot placement providing an external cue for propriception. 

Activity can be performed seated or standing.

Add ankle weights in grade up activity.
