We visited the once famous Bombay Beach by the Salton Sea to find huge changes since we were here seven years ago. The sea has become so polluted with concentrations of salt as it does not have an intake of fresh water or an outflow. As a result all the fish have died as well as the pelicans. In the 60’s & 70’s celebrities would frequent Bombay Beach with its many restaurants, marinas, hotels. Now things are much different as it is like a ghost town.
