These are some of my favourite shoulder and chest openers! Perfect for the morning, and definitely recommended after work if you sit at a desk all day. . Option 1 is beginner-friendly, whereas Option 2 is for the more flexi folks. 😉 Stay in each pose for at least 10 breaths, but feel free to extend and stay longer if it feels good.
