15 ounce can chickpeas 
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
salt & pepper to taste 
Avocado dressing:
1 avocado 
1/4 cup cilantro 
1/4 dairy free milk 
1/2 cup avocado oil based mayo
1 tbsp lime juice 
1 tbsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste 
Others:
•corn 
•tomatoes 
•red onions 
•gluten free tortilla strips

Instructions:
In a bowl, add the chickpeas & the rest of the chickpea ingredients.
