Reps: 6/8/10 (increase by 2 each round)
1️⃣Curtsy Lunge, Crossover Curl
2️⃣Alt. Lat Pull, Shoulder Press (all count as 1 rep)
3️⃣Wood Chopper to Tricep Extension (each side)
4️⃣Isolated 1/2 Bicep Curl, Twist
5️⃣DB Punch
