This is workout “day 1” from my COMPOUND body part split program. Compound meaning compound lifts > multi joint exercises. There’s no isolation exercises for the arms in this full week training program. Triceps work during the pressing lifts and biceps work when rowing.

Shoulders ARE included because eh…. who doesn’t love strong shhhouldersss! 🤤
