This is one of my kids’ favorite snacks! Whenever I make them, they’re gone in seconds. 

RECIPE: Makes 20 Crab Rangoon 
INGREDIENTS: 
4 oz drained, lump crab meat
4 oz softened cream cheese 
2 Tbsp diced green onions
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder 
4 sheets of Cutdacarb flatbread 

STEPS: 
1. In a bowl, mix together the drained crab meat, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, green onions and garlic powder. 
2. Hold a Cutdacarb flatbread horizontally and rip it into 5 even strips. (*Tip: work with just one flatbread at a time to keep them from drying out.)
3. Lay the strip vertically on your counter and place a tablespoon of the crab filling onto the end closest to you.
