I write this with recovering limestone burns to my fingers, but it was all worth it. The area is just over 9sqm and here’s a breakdown of timeframes to complete it: Day 1: Hand-break every paver and map out the pattern in the space Day 2: Add a cement surface for crazy pave to be laid on Day 3: Scratch out any high sections of cement and begin grouting, cleaning regularly Day 4: Continue grouting and scrub all excess grout off tiles Day 5: Complete the final section of grout and check over for any touch ups Grout used: Ardex WJ50 in White Paint colour: @duluxaus Weathershield Casper White Quarter" Crazy Pave Path, Crazy Pave Pool Area, Crazy Tiles Outdoor, Crazy Pave Pool, Paved Outdoor Area, Cement Terrace, Crazy Pavers Patio, Terrace Tiles Outdoor, Terraced House Front Garden

To get started on your patio deck dreams, when in doubt & on a budget, source on offerup or FB marketplace, I found these 18” x 18” travertine stone tiles for $150 for over 300 pieces . In the end, I only used about 40-60 pieces, and I ended up selling the rest. If you want it to be, it can be really cost effective! In total I spent under $400 for this 144 sqft. space, probably less knowing now that I would sell the rest of the tiles. To get the look, you’re going to have to break them into a variety of sizes depending how you want the final look.
