Start with lizard lunge with hands on the inside of your front foot, arms straight.

1️⃣ Active Lizard - extend your fingertips forward, lean forward.

2️⃣ Classic Lizard - elbows down on the floor or on the blocks

3️⃣ Twisted Lizard - quad stretch, pull the back foot towards your butt with an opposite hand

4️⃣ Airplane Lizard - bring your shoulders under the knee, extend your arms to the sides, parallel to the floor

5️⃣ Bound Lizard - from Airplane Lizard, interlock your hands behind your back

6️⃣ Flying Lizard - get into an arm balance and lift the back foot, you can keep your back leg straight or bent
