In fact, having more air in your lungs even helps with your equalisation! So let’s get to it, try these three exercises: 1. Compartmentalised breathing: Our thoracic region (breathing muscles) has three distinct parts. The belly, the intercostal muscles and the chest. Doing compartmentalised breathing will improve your lungs flexibility and allow you to take more air in. To do it, simply breathe deeply into your belly for 2 minutes, whilst keeping your intercostal muscles neutral. With all of these, breathe in for a 2:1 ration, i.e. in for 4 and out for 8. Then Intercostal Muscles, Arm Stretches, Free Diving, Lungs, Muscles, Diving, Improve Yourself, Fuel, Hold On
