Working on this piece with printed images of bones, a bit frustrating at the moment as I don’t really feel I like it. Some moments I think this will be OK but not when I see it from a distance. It’s a common machine embroidery stabiliser but I just use it as a base material on its own.   2) where do I get this fabric?  - Sewing stores or online. Search for water soluble fabric or water soluble stabiliser.   3) Is it bad for the environment?  - This fabric is advertised as being environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable.   4) How does the embroidery not fall apart when the fabric washes out?  - it’s all in how you stitch it.
