Made by Victoria Distillers, the Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a 2016 collaboration between the distillery and Victoria’s Fairmont Empress Hotel.

Our friend @foodie_renee highlights the beauty of cherry blossom season with the Sakura Mojito 🌸 To make at home, place the mint leaves, lime and sugar to a glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice. Next, fill the glass with ice. Add Empress 1908 Gin and Sakura syrup. Top with club soda, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and Sakura. Enjoy!
