We all grow over time. Whether that growth is positive or negative is up to you and whether or not you hold onto the keys of your life's older doors is directly up to you too. We tend to cling toroutine & what is familiar as comfort and that can be fine in moderation but without continual growth we can become stuck in our habits and behaviors. RTT has the ability to not only put new keys in your hands but make you understand why letting go of the old keys has been so difficult.
