Recipe: 1) 1 ltr Milk 2) 3/4 Cup Sugar 3) 3/4 cup curd Cook the milk until it thicken and reduced a bit. Cook the sugar until it caramelises and have a beautiful color. Now add half of the milk to this and mix it really well. Add remaining molk and mix it well. Switch off the flame. And let the mixture cools down to lukewarm. Whisk the curd and add the prepared milk. mix it well. Keep this in warm place for 6-7 hours. i kept it in oven.
