Here is a wonderful vintage child dress. Very detailed dress. Peter pan collar trim in brown ric rac that matches the ric rac one the center of the dress. Brown Button in the center of the collar as well as one button in the center of each sleeves. Waist 20" all around. arm hole about 8" all around. Shoulder to waist 6". Shoulder to hem17" .
