1. Prime Factor your Denominators separately, down to a Prime Number. 2. List all the Prime Factors of each number, and write them in Exponent/Power form. 3. Circle the Prime Factors, that occur the most amount of times, within EACH list of prime factors, for each number. Highest Exponents/Powers. You need to write ALL the prime factors you circled. 4. Circle any other Prime Factors, that occur in ALL your lists of Prime Factors. But only write one of them. 5. Multiply to find the LCM.
