I have a ton of rice paper at home and have some meat and veggie leftovers in the fridge, so I decided to make these crispy rice paper dumplings. They are so delicious and so fun to make! Ingredients:
Rice Paper
1 lb ground beef
4 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
Dipping sauce (your choice)

Directions: 
1. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, green onion, and cabbage together. Jordan loved them (he loves anything mochi like)!
