And with the winter solstice our days begin to grow longer. Although, I really do love having dinner on the stove at 4pm, making that five o'clock chaos a little more bearable. Motherhood is one of the greatest joys in life, but it also is one of the most challenging experiences one can possibly face.

As I read this my eyes are filled with tears. I thought their father (soon to be my ex husband) was the man who would love them. If he can't or wont even step up and be the father they need how can I ever believe another man would? I suppose I have to believe I myself will being enough for both my boys.
