Grab a couple of plates, make sure you have 2 heavier plates and a lighter one. Notice how I utilize a heavier plate and a lighter one on the reverse lunges with press. This is because you can lift more for your legs than for your upper body.
8-12 reps x 3 circuits (or 4 circuits o challenge yourself further)
1. Plate squat swings
2. Lateral traveling lunges with front plate hold
3. Alternating B stance RDLs with single arm row
4. Reverse lunge to shoulder press
5. Weighted forearm plank front reaches
6. Hollow body chest presses" Forearm Plank, Single Arm Row, Front Plate, Reverse Lunges, Shoulder Press, Total Body, Body Workout, I Got You, Full Body Workout
