I wonder if it refers to the earlier, cross-dressing transvestite looking ENO, or the later, more stately (and portly) ENO. Either way, it’s a well-deserved hommage to the greatest artist to ever live, the Warhol of music, the Hulk Hogan of pop, and good friend of BOWIE.
