I learned this Louisiana | maize, sausage, shrimp, seasoning | I learned this Louisiana This bake is made with corn, potatoes, sausage, shrimp and seasonings. This video was produced by Network Media, LLC and Elaine... | By My Life | Alright I've got my Andoi Cajun sausage here. Oops it's alright don't worry about that this is going to be cooked at over 200 degrees so we don't have to worry about germs slipping into here because this is all going to get cooked off anything that is germy this kitchen scissors are just the easiest way to cut up the sausage oops slippery there we go and we're just cutting this all up this is going to be an authentic recipe so that's why we're the Cajun and Dewy sausage because it's going to just come out perfectly just like that. Okay. Now, I'm coming in with my bag of mini potatoes. They are red and white. I'm just going to get this open here and I'm just going to start putting these potatoes all into my dish. There we go. Oh, one video is by the way. That's okay because I have another bag of potatoes here and I'm just going to get this cut open and then I'm going to just There we go. Perfect. Okay I've got my potatoes all in here. I'm going to bring some of this sausage back to the top. So I don't want it to be all beneath those potatoes. I want this all to cook together really evenly. Here we go. There. That looks great. Okay. Now I've got some butter here. This is a stick of butter. I'm just going to unwrap this. Put that in there. And I'm going to stir cutting this up into smaller pieces just like that. You don't want your butter to be too warm because then it'll melt and get away from you. There we go. That looks really good. Actually I'm going to do two sticks of butter in here. Perfect. And this butter is going to give it a lot of moisture and I love butter in this kind of traditional southern dish. My husband is from South Carolina and so whenever we go there, we like to have this. It's so tasty. It's also like very known for New Orleans and authentic stuff just like that. This is going to be so delicious. Okay. Now, I've got some shrimp. These are cooked but they have the tails still on them. You can do tail off if you want. There we go. I'm just going to get these all out into here. Spread this out just like that. Mmm. Oh my goodness. This is such a good meal to take to a family gathering, to a barbecue. This is going to be, people are going to be begging you for this recipe. This is just going to be so so tasty. So easy. You get this done so quick. There's barely any prep to it. Okay. Now, I got my Old Bay seasoning here and you cannot have a delicious seafood dish without Old Bay. So, I'm going to start. Yup. Yeah, I'm just going to sprinkle this all in here just like that. Oh, this smells so good. I love the smell of Old Bay. I got just some regular salt here. I'm going to put a little more salt just in just like that. Okay, yummy, yummy and now, I'm just going to put a little regular pepper too because me and my family, we like it spicy. Need one more thing in here. I've got some extra virgin olive oil and I'm going to give this a nice little coating. I know some people might say butter and olive oil don't go together but I do not agree. This is like how this dish will cook and be so moisturized and delicious. I'm just going to do a few more dashes of Old Bay just to really seal the deal here. I want to make sure any of the spots I washed off with the Old Bay before are all set. Now I'm going to put this into the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and then we're going to enjoy all this deliciousness. Look at this hot and juicy fresh out of the oven. Look at all those juices. Wow, that looks beautiful. Oh, the shrimp, that old bay. This just smells absolutely fantastic. Oh, and those sausages. Look at that nice char on there. Okay, I'm going to give this a little stir. We're going to make sure everything's cutted covered in those that butter. Oh, this corn. I can just tell this is all so so ten So juicy. That butter. That olive oil. This was exactly what I was going for with this. Oh I can't wait to share this with my family. I know they're going to love it and this was such an easy easy meal. Wow. Oh this is going to be so good. I love those little potatoes that corn. Sausage. Alright. Okay. I've got one more thing that's going to make this just perfect. I got a little bit of a lemon here. And I am just going to give this a nice coating of some lemon juice. Mm. And now to just top it off. I've got a few little lemon slices that I'm just going to put on here because this is going to be so beautiful. This is the perfect recipe for your family for a beautiful delicious summer barbecue. Oh everyone is going to love this. There we Okay. Now everyone is going to be here in just a minute but I am just going to sneak in here and have a little bite before anyone gets here. These shrimp are perfectly cooked. They're so tender. This is so good. You've gotta try this.

Easy One Pot Dinner! | Easy One Pot Dinner! (Produced by Network Media and Kyle & Mistie) | By Life with Coco | Twenty-8 ounces of cocktail weenies in your crock pot and you're going to top that with 28 ounces of baked beans and we're just going to spread that out so we get a nice flat layer. Now, we're going to add some barbecue sauce. I'm using the no-sugar added kind just to make this a little bit healthier. Y'all tell me, what's your favorite brand of barbecue sauce? You're the one that told me to try this one. So, we'll see if we like it. Now, that's looking good but we need something very important. Cheese. Cheese. There's some cheddar in the top shelf. Did you grab that? Always better with cheddar. Here we go. Here we go. Mile cheddar. Yup. This is about half a bag and I think that will be just enough for this recipe. Now, do you all to use the pre-shredded cheddar like this or do you like to shred your own? Is there a difference in the taste? I'm just showing y'all a quick and easy recipe so we opted for the shredded but you know what? Now, we're going to make some cornbread and we're going to empty that entire box of cornbread into the bowl and the only thing we need to add to that is a cup of milk, Now, we need to add two eggs. Now, we're going to see if there's actually a difference between the white and the brown eggs. Some of y'all have been telling me that you can taste the difference. Now, they do look very different. The yolk on the brown egg is much darker than that one but what do you all think? Can you taste the difference when it comes to these eggs or do they taste the same? We're going to just mix that up and prepare this cornbread mixture and then that will get poured on top of our casserole and we're going to take our cornbread batter and we're just going to pour that over the top of our cocktail weenies, our beans, our barbecue sauce, and our cheese and that's it. This is going to be a yummy casserole. You could even throw in some jalapeno if you want to but now, we're going to cook this on high for two to 3 hours. Really, you just want to make sure that your cornbread is fully cooked and then, it's ready to taste test. Alright, y'all. So, I've got a second quick single-serving recipe that you can do using your waffle iron. Give it a quick spray and I actually had two biscuits left over. These are just those grand's biscuits that you can find at the grocery store. I'm going to smoosh it using my fingers creating kind of like a little pocket. Put that first one down and then, I'm going to take some rotisserie chicken Get this big piece right here. We're just going to go ahead and peel that into some different strips because guess what we're going to make. We're basically making a homemade hot pocket. Doesn't get any better than this. This is some chicken and we're going to add a little bit of that barbecue sauce Give that a little squirt. Top it with real good cheese. But this is just the bottom half of our sandwich because we need to use the other biscuit now. We're going to spread that out using our fingers and just kind of pinch it down. You don't have to make it perfect because the waffle iron is going to do most of the work for you and that's it. Super easy single serving. I know we have people asking me all the time. Misty, can you show me single-serving recipes? Well, here's one that we just came up with because I had the extra biscuits and that is going to cook in just about 2 minutes. It happens so fast. Of course, when we're making these videos, we cut out all the boring stuff like the hand washing and all the cook time and the cooling time. We cut that out in editing but we're going to give that just a second to cook and I want you all to tell me where you're from. In fact, I'm from Mississippi originally. We live in Las Vegas but I want to know where you're from. So, let us know in the comments. We will give you a shout out when we see you and I would like to know what food is your country or state known for? In Mississippi, we were known for all kinds of good southern food. In Vegas, it's more kind of an international player but what about where you're from? What food is your state or country known for? Just like I promised, cooks in about 2 minutes time. Check this out. Ain't that amazing? Right. This is a easy recipe that you can throw together in no time. It's like a homemade hot pocket. Now, let's cut that open and get a taste test. So yummy. Now, what other fillings would be good inside of this? This one is just had the chicken and the barbecue sauce and the cheese and it already looks good. Oh, it's burning my fingers so be careful. Don't burn yourself. They're always hot when they come out. I'm going to go for it. I'm being brave. I mean it's just chicken and barbecue and. Chicken barbecue and cheese. Simple. Classic. Yummy. Easy to make. But you know what? I think it's time to check out the Crock Pot because I'm excited for that one. Let's get that one out now. Alright. Our dinner is ready. I cannot wait to taste test this one. So we've got our cocktail weenies and we have the baked beans, barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, and then our cornbread on top. Now I let this cool just a little bit just so we wouldn't burn our mouths. But it's time to dig in. I can't wait to taste this. Yep look at that cornbread. That is cooked perfectly. It's going to be about two to three hours on high. Every crock pot's a little bit different though. Alright. Get a big scoop. Alrighty. Ooh nice and hot still. Alright let me get some of these cocktail weenies. This is going to be yummy. And people often ask why would you make this in a crock pot instead of the oven? Well sometimes people don't have oven. Sometimes people don't want to use as much energy. Sometimes your oven's already being used for something else. This just gives you options. But you could also do this in the oven too. 350 for about 3045 minutes. You ready for this? Alright this is upsetting. So good. Alright. Got our cocktail weenies, our beans, and our cornbread. I love some good old cornbread. Alright. Oh, here we go. Come on in. Taste test time. Oh, wow. You're going to like it. It's really good isn't it? It's even cornbread especially. You want another bite with the cornbread? It's really good y'all. Mm. I think this one's definitely going to be a crowd pleaser. Mm. I like the beans on it. You got it. Everything good. Want some more? Mhm. You got any bean jokes? This is winner winner wiener dinner. This is good. You can't top that one. That's going to be that's the end of the video. You like a wiener dinner? No I think I think that you definitely gave us a crescendo. Alright. This is good. I like that. It's really good. Y'all gotta try this one.
