💪 These exercises can be started during third trimester to help ease baby into the pelvis and help them find an optimal position for birth. 

Make sure to do 60 seconds of each exercise, repeat 2x:

1. Sumo squat
2. Hip flexor stretch
3. Seated pelvic tilts
4. Supported figure 8s
5. Uneven squats (do both sides)
