Preheat your oven to 150°C/300°F. 2. Spray a baking pan with cooking oil spray and line it with a parchment paper or use reusable Teflon baking mats (optional). 3. Combine the milk and butter, then bring the mixture to a boil. 4. Transfer the cream cheese to a tall measuring cup or plastic container and add the boiling milk with butter. 5.
