ingredients:
•1 cup natural, salted peanut butter
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
•1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
•peanuts

instructions:
1. first, melt the coconut oil. next, mix together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. set aside.
2. next, line a standard 8x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and cover the entire bottom of the pan with peanuts.
3. pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts then place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
