Facial Roller: Start with a clean face and apply a facial oil or serum to help the roller glide smoothly. Begin at the corner of your mouth and roll the tool upwards along the laugh lines towards your ears. Apply gentle pressure as you roll, do not tug or pull on the skin. Repeat 1-2 minutes on both sides of the face. 
GuaSha Tool: Apply a facial oil/serum to your skin for lubrication. Hold the Guasha at a 45-degree angle and gently scrape along the laugh lines in an upward and outward motion towards your ears.
