⭐️These are 5 of our favorite ways to manipulate and train breath - they are simple, and they work! 

1️⃣Side lying breath: stack a few pillows or use a yoga bolster, place the hurting side on top, the non hurting side on the bolster/pillows. Direct your breath into the free side low ribs. Keep the top shoulder and side of your neck soft and quiet. Focus on breathing low, into the low ribs.
