Ingredients
Dough:
* 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  * 1/2 cup sugar * 2 1/4 tsp rapid-rise yeast, standard package  * 1 tsp cinnamon * 8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened, cubed * 1/2 cup milk, warm  * 3 eggs  * 1 tsp vanilla extract  * 1/4 tsp salt  * For frying 6 cups vegetable oil
Filling:
* 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 cup lemon curd
* 1 lemon, zested
Topping:
* 1 cup of sugar
Directions
* Dough: combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and rapid rise yeast in a bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together. Scatter softened butter on top of dry ingredients.
