It’s incredibly hydrating and will give you all the fuel you need for hard workouts. It also tastes amazing!

What you’ll need:
16-24 oz water (@mountainvalleywater )
1 serving electrolytes (@bodybio )
1 tsp salt (@verasaltco )
2-4 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
Juice of 1 lemon (can also add lime)
