This is a fully wearable and comfortable unlined plastic coat. Uncounted layers upon layers of fused and sewn plastic bags , plastic produce net bags, and newsprint image transfers. 100% plastic bags--- even the cotton sewing thread was old. Nothing bought except for the velcro front closure. I spent 1 whole month (every single day) on this coat...and collected bags for over 1 year.....there were MANY grueling challenges.
