1 lb Pomfret 2 tsp GG paste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Salt 2 tbsp Sooji 1 tsp Rice FlouR MARINATE- gg paste, salt, lemon juice and turmeric,coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, mix well FRYING BATTER Mix sooji, rice flour, salt Coat well form both the sides. Shallow fry from both the sides in nonstick pan for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
