For this recipe I used the smoker function to make the perfect smoky pulled beef, cooked low and slow for 6 hours. Don’t forget there is currently free delivery on all Shark & Ninja products at @ao but for a limited time only! The beef is served on soft brioche buns with caramelised onions & cheese then topped with garlic butter. They are super filling so can either be served on their own or with chips, salad & corn. We smoked this 4lb chuck roast low and slow at 275°F using Duce’s Wild Mustard Sauce as a binder and a generous rub of Duce’s Wild Original Rub. After 3 hours in the smoker, it hit 165°F, then we braised it with beef broth and Duce’s Wild Competition BBQ sauce for 2 hours on low heat. Finally, we let it cook uncovered for another hour until it hit 200°F for that perfect, tender, fall-apart beef! 🥩🔥

Piled high on a toasted pretzel bun with creamy coleslaw, pickled jalapeños, and crispy onion straws, this sandwich has the perfect balance of smoky, tangy, and crunchy goodness! 🤤💥
