This recipe was so delicious. Perfect for a soulful Sunday dinner or if you are in need of some love. 

Ingredients
No sodium Chicken Bouillon by @hormelfoods 
Creole/Cajun Seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Flour (I’m using gluten free flour @goodflourco )
Chicken Broth or water
Onions,
Bell Peppers 
Garlic

Make sure you wash, pat dry and cut your ribs into pieces. Season and then sear in your pan until browned on both sides.
Remove from the pot and add your onions, bell peppers and garlic. Sautee and then add flour and chicken broth to make your gravy.
Cook low and slow until nice and tender!
