I love hasselback potatoes because there are just so many ways you can make them. I thought why not with our very own Tandoori masala! The results for outstanding! Try it!

Ingredients:
4 potatoes

1/2 cup yogurt/beaten curd

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tbs mustard oil

3 tsp besan/chickpea flour

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp sugar

Kasuri Methi/dried fenugreek leaves

4 cups of water and pinch of salt to par boil potatoes

Coriander leaves and melted butter for garnish

Air Fry for 18mins at 180C
