While this may be true, I have learned as a mom that sometimes you need them to get things done ie make lunch, go to the bathroom etc. Not all containers are created equal and it's important to limit time to no more than 15-20 min. If you know your baby is going to be spending a lot of time in a container like a long car ride, make sure they get plenty of floor time. It is important to be conscientious oh how much time babies spend in “containers”, but we also need to be realistic. Follow @otmom.ents for more child development content."
