Jessica • Your weaving friend • Tees for weavers & fiber folk on Instagram: "The more you weave the more yarn scraps you end up with✂️  Rather than just throwing them away there’s several different things you can do to reuse your leftover yarn - especially if you’ve got bigger pieces that feel like a waste to throw away. ♻️  My favorite way to reuse leftover yarn bits is to make a scrappy gradient weaving.  I save my yarn scraps in a big ziplock bag and then sort through them to pick out all the colors I want to use.   Then I arrange the colors in a gradient so I know how I want my colors to flow.   After that its time to weave! 🪡  In this project I even used some icord and wrapped macrame cord that I had that I knew I wasn’t going to do anything with.
