Hey everyone, I am only now seeing all this because I was at work, sorry about that.

Quite frankly, I don’t have the energy to deal with this, nor do I honestly think I should be giving any of these people any attention. I am making one post and calling it a day.

• My cc is made from scratch, I make this very clear in every post description. Please read them.
• If at any point I’ve used a mesh that did not belong to me, I check the TOU and make sure its okay to post, and the person is credited.
• If I get any sort of inspiration from something or someone, I tend to mention that in my description as well, notably the star jelly earrings that were from a shop called Tsuki Blade on etsy.
• I make cc that I want to see or use in my game. That’s my entire thought process. That is it. If for some reason, you believe I go out of my way to steal people’s designs or meshes, let me remind you that my cc is free, and that I, in no way shape or form, would even benefit from that concept.

I started making meshes because I eventually wanted my skill to be good enough to mesh the ears of a character that is very dear to me. Then that got claimed as a mesh edit. I found a cute pair of earrings on etsy and found it sad to only post one pair, so I made a last minute set by playing around with the hoops and other assets that were already in that initial pair of earrings. That then got claimed as a stolen design/mesh.

I want it on the record. This kind of nitpicking bullshit is exactly what drives creators away from this community. You CONSTANTLY complain about how there’s too much beigecore, too much y2k, but when you finally get a creator that has a bit more of the creative bone you look for, you make sure they lose every ounce of motivation and passion that goes into their FREE CONTENT, and then wonder why you’re back to square one. I’m not even speaking on my behalf here, this is just a casual thing that happens on here way too fucking often. Creators give these things for you for free, and having the nerve to whine about two cakes is baffling to me.

To the person who made that post. I have never seen you or spoken to you in my 23 years of existence. So leave me the fuck alone, or so help me god.

If you guys do not like my content, block me. It is literally as simple as that.

Y'all wanna suck so hard on someone’s dick. First of all, I don’t start shit without reason. I don’t post much and I mainly reblog quietly. I wouldn’t have pointed out those ears if I didn’t notice that it looked oddly familiar to some ears I’ve seen or downloaded before. I stared at those ears until I looked up different ears to figure out why they looked so familiar and realized they looked like Saruin’s Frieren ears specifically. They are two different creators with two different styles so why TF does his ears look like an edited version of hers? From the start of the mesh, to the tragus and inside of the ear, they look similar enough to get pointed out.

To the ones asking, I’m not gonna open up blender because… I don’t have blender and I’m not a cc creator so why would I? Not every cc enjoyer is gonna have blender just because, unless they dabble in 3D meshing themselves. But if people with eyes can clearly tell right off the bat that someone’s cc looks suspiciously like someone else’s then y'all should know something is up. And no, I’m not downloading it just for this reason when I have no space for it on my PC anyway.

Now lemme tell y'all something, no one gives a flying rat’s ass about different creators getting inspo from the same things, or getting commissioned the same thing. Because if they actually meshed the cc themselves or gave credit to meshes they edited or recolored from, then there should be no issue. Hardly anyone gets called out for having similar cc or inspo. And that ain’t new, if that was the case then people would be getting called out left and right. What makes y'all think that this was the reason?

Speaking of inspo, my call out has nothing to do with inspiration when both the ears are made from two different inspos to begin with, it was solely mesh related. Saruin’s was a commission. J3lly started making his ears afterwards. There is no correlation there, but people want to insist on that. And yeah, no one owns shapes, but that’s not the point for either call outs.

We love creativity. We love seeing different perspectives from the different creators we follow. But when one creator starts copying or stealing from others then that’s where the issues and call outs begin. Not only did he take from Saruin and Gloomie, he’s also taken from Hym and probably others, but those I know for sure. When there’s no honesty in your work then it falls flat and it hurts the other creators you’re taking from.

And since I don’t personally have any proof, I’m dropping this after this post cause I got nothing else to say or give to y'all unless someone else wanna step up. In a reblog, I asked him to show the topography since he never showed that when trying to prove his innocence. He never did respond to that. I guess he don’t have to, but for me, it doesn’t help his case if you want people to wholeheartedly believe you aren’t stealing.

Besides, even if one was to reference the UV maps, it would still not look the same especially if you’re creating your mesh from scratch, your style is not going to match someone else’s. He supposedly referenced multiple people’s ears for the UV maps, yet the ear looks similar to Saruin’s alone and not at least a mix. But if I’m fr in the wrong here then I’ll own up to it, I don’t care. Cause if I’m wrong, I’m wrong. But this definitely ain’t a coincidence when there have been instances of other creators noticing their cc being copied by him as well as regular simblrs who download it.

I doubt anyone is calling him out left and right just for funsies. Because no one cares that much unless he did something for people to just fuck with him like that. There’s clearly an issue here.

so you’re basically saying that you don’t bother to drop some proof when you accuse someone of stealing. If you accuse someone doing shit, it’s on you to prove it, not the other way round. Genius move.
