idk who needs to hear this today but your life does not end at 25, or 35, or 45, or any point beyond. your life ends when you die.
you are being fed propaganda that directly benefits companies that would like to sell you anti-aging treatments, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical procedures, some of which are unnecessary and some of which are actually dangerous.
there’s nothing inherently wrong with a lot of them, but if you choose to use these products let it be because you like the way they make you feel, not because you are looking to the warped standards of beauty as defined by capitalism. do not base your worth as a person on standards created by corporations who view you as a marketable audience.
remember that aging is a privilege many of your ancestors did not have, and cherish it.

It's like my life isn't even real to me unless you're there, and you're in it, and I'm sharing it with you. And, uh, I don't know what I was waiting for, and I don't know what I was scared of, but I'm not. I'm not scared, and I'm not waiting. I'm here.
After your first Games, I thought the whole romance was an act. We all expected you to continue that strategy. But it wasn't until Peeta's heart stopped and he nearly died that… I knew I'd misjudged you. You love him. I'm not saying in what way. Maybe you don't even know yourself. But anyone paying attention can see it. — Finnick Odair, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1
