My simblr resolution is: to go back to building my save file,stick to the story i was trying to post, and go back to making simple edits that brought me joy!
I have so many sim related resolutions but first and foremost is conquering the satanic forces that are UV Mapping and Texture Baking. They have been the thorn in my side for years and the one thing that just keeps c*ck blocking my progress into creating my own CC from scratch. I’m freaking determined though! I’m also hoping by the end of this year, I have mastered making……..eye glasses! LOL I know right? But we need some funky eyeglasses. I wear funky eyeglasses and I want some in my game damn it!

Santa brought me the flu for Christmas. @bodaccia48@baufive the two of you have literally kept me tethered to this community for the last few months when I was ready to give up and ghost. @northernnightsky@eggysimblr@kissalopa@simpyra and @deathpoke1qa thank you for making me feel seen no matter what silly crap I post. @szanne7000 you have saved my bacon more times then I can count in the last several years when I have lost my own CC lol Thank you for meticulously archiving the custom content of the sims community! For anyone else who has ever engaged in chat or liked/reblogged anything I’ve ever posted, you have my sincerest love and gratitude. ❤️
How am I looking so far? I did this in the last hour while waiting to start cooking for Nachomas Eve. I started from scratch with just a plane then built up from there. I need to make the frame thicker but all in all I feel like it’s a pretty close match to my inspiration. Speaking of windows. Not sure who caught the window drama I posted yesterday but it turns out that it’s an EA bug. I heard from another CC creator who is having the same issues on S4S forums. So if your windows are acting up, just know it’s not my CC. It’s EA.
Life & Death Scary-licious Window Slotted - [Download]
I went looking for a slotted version of this window and it didn’t seem like anyone had done it yet so I added 9 slots to the sill. 3 of each size. Just as a side note, the lighting for that part of the window is not great so everything you put on the sill will be very dim. L&D Required.
Misfits I turned this into an override as someone had let me know (thank you @baufive) that one of the custom content managers were reporting that this was game breaking CC and to take it out of your game or the game wouldn’t start. I suspect it was conflicting with something in the actual game itself since I just cloned it but when I turned it into an override instead of a cloned object the program no longer flagged it as problematic. So, for my own peace of mind here’s the override version. Please delete the old one and use the override version. Sorry about that! 🫶
