I’m a little giddy about it. I love pushing things from Canon and seeing how it’ll interact with more whimsical stuff.
Extremis is probably the coolest thing to mess with. Is simply tech. Electricity. Metal? Or is it a little bit of everything? But yes, this fic is on the list. I might start writing it sooner than later.
Bucky stared at the holographic man that stood over the resting scientist on the ratty couch. Metal arms out of the ceiling pulling the covers over the small form. He looked to see pink holo hands floating as if they were caressing the hair. Both set of eyes flashed to him. There the blue figure turned neatly on his heel, “Sergeant Barnes, you come at an unprecedented time.”
The voice was cold and hollow, so unlike months ago. From the years he knew the air, Bucky mind flashed to whispered moth like wings that simmered out milk out sparks that lit up the city blocks. The bursting of silver petals. The hoarse scream that ripped the lights away. The radiating blue the hummed to life in the dark. The once red and gold swam in cool ice and powder white. The team ripped down as the white fire torn them down. Steve forcing him to the past. To the now. To find out who or what caused Tony to become THAT.
He looked at the very thing that have done it or may the steps, “how did you find out?”
Jarvis sprinkled out to be behind the soldier, the voice sharp, “i sensed you enter the tower and the you from then faded. Are you here to,” bucky swung and the ai body looked like wings on tony back, petals rippling around him like a metal cocoon, “Stop this?” The petals cracked open and Bucky felt his body freeze, mind lunching forward to stop the the petals from consuming the engineer. Hand grazing through the fake image, he snarled at the ai that stood there having arms move the paper, “Barnes, i don’t believe you can stop this. You all have proven how you don’t need my master. For that, why let him suffer?”
Bucky swallowed, the words tumbling, “i need him.”
The pink shimmering in laughter, a woman on the desk, legs swung before she fell back shattered into pieces, floating around him, “you’re lying.”
He wanted to argue, the sting of a pointed claw under his chin kept his mouth silent, Jarvis eyed him coolly, “he is but prove you do. You show that he is cared for by these people, we will hold off on the blossoming.”
Thats demented. Bucky swallowed as he made that deal. A year. That’s how long Jarvis and Friday gave him. A year to stop the events of the future. To stop Tony gaining gossamer wings that total cities and obligated man, women, and children. The team one by one. The dogs that had fangs that ripped into the hulk. Blue and Pink. Purple. A year to fall in love and prove Tony is cared for. He has to…
He wasn’t excepting Strange to call him out on not being this timeline bucky, but the man looked grim, “10 times. He blossomed 10 times in different timeliness. Each one horrific or earth changing. 5 of them the blossoming failed or was stuck in permanent cocoon state, but whoever touched got poisoned. 3 of those successful blossoming, all of those was devastating. Each target equally aggressive. My duplicates Each got their throat ripped out or eyes blinded. Fingers broken.” Strange hand rubbed his neck before looked at Bucky, “the last 2, was true blossomings. You came from the true blossom. Was it gorgeous?”
Bucky swallowed fist clenching, “you can’t stop this?”
“No… Tony ais priority will always be Him. They do not have obligation to us or man kind.” Strange looked at the maps of the timeliness, his unfocused, “explains ultron doesn’t it in some instances. Anything for his father. A world to blossom.”
Choking, the soldier looked at strange, strange who’ve seen this 10 times already, “…it was horrifyingly haunting. A death in beauty. What… is true blossoming?”
“Accepting fully. That true blossomed Tony is something different and it happens in the same spot. In the same location and time. The moth moon.” Strange sighed walking up to Bucky, “for your sake, I hope you win this bet… those 5 cocoon… the do blossom but the team dies each time still and Tony dies right after.”
It’s a race. Bucky swallowed as he stood there watching Tony work. He had a year to learn how they caused Tony become… the blossom and to save him and everyone else. Even if he doesn’t feel like he is the best one for this. Steve voice ringing strongly, “you are the strongest. Do whatever you need to do to stop THIS.”

7 Fic with the happiest ending? The fic with the happiest ending I have written, I think it would have to be My Alien (Boyfriend). It is just a comedy and a little bit of drama. It is literally Tony as an Alien and Bucky getting a hot Alien boyfriend. Haha, I had fun with that one? I mean it is nice to write soft feel-good stories because I tend write dark as fuck stories or uncomfy stories.
8 Do you get hate? In the beginning, but it tapered off to being nothing. Honestly, I don’t mind the hate. I actually prefer hate to fake comments about liking the stories. That sounds insane but I rather know they read to hate it than read it to try to get me to buy their artwork. :/ That’s more disheartening.
9 Do you write smut? Yeah, not often. Sounds insane, it depends on if Tony is Demi, Bi, or Gay in the story setting. Hell he might be both or just Demi. Bucky also dependent on the story. Sometimes it is cut to black or I am not in the mood write Tony and Bucky railing each other.
10 Have you ever co-written a fic? Yeah, for the bingo round robin fics. No, one hasn’t asked to co-write with me so IDK. I am thinking about opening story prompts or ficlets for tumblr. Not sure if that counts.
11 All time favorite ship? Tony/Bucky. I was reading Stony but fuckm does Bucky and Tony just hit right. They are two broken people with so much fucking baggage that it is part of their very fucking essence. I have post talking about how their entire origins and life are almost one for one in a way. Of course, they have so many connecting points, they are always bound to run into each other. Going for the throat or for the gut. It is enemies to loves, friends to lovers, strangers to lovers. They are two stars orbiting and I can write essays one these two jackasses.
12 WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? You make me Crave and This my World. Those Stories, I am not sure. They are lining up with the way I want it too. It is big issue because I freestyle those stories and they need more structure instead my half-cocked freestyle.
13 Writing strengths? I am not sure… I want to see nailing the characters in different settings. I will say being able to freestyle (I just complained about it above lol) and getting fun and unique ideas. Maybe even writing for myself (I know contradictory, gotta have that confidence) and finishing those stories.
14 Writing weaknesses? Myself. Sometimes I look at the plot I planned out and go WTF? And other times I also get mad at stories I hated but others love, and I have to remember it all about taste. It drives me insane because I do pour more into some stories I love (I AM A BIG INFINITE SYMBOL SUE ME) and while others I go MEH we ball and call it end. It sucks, because so far there is two stories I might abandon and see if I can redo them one day. Again, my weakness is myself.

If i were to do a version of fem Tony, she would have A cups. She would get the peppered bras.
Honestly, fem bucky unfortunately would have her breasts removed because hydra sucks. They removed her breasts in order to better enhance her movement or something horrific. Not reduce them but remove them all together.
Tony took Bucky to get a sick ass tattoo in asgard. Yes, they are still Bucky and Tony, shorten names. Antonia and Jaime (or Antoinette and Jackie). :)
