    For my own future reference, and for anyone else who wants it, a list of authors mentioned in the notes. (I cannot promise this is comprehensive, there are a lot of reblogs and I might have missed some.) I've included a link for each author, where possible I've tried to find one that leads you to their books, prioritising own websites/publishers, falling back on wikipedia otherwise.

    If you find any mistakes in the links let me know and I'll edit. This post will be in two parts, because I literally broke tumblr with how many authors there were. I think it's about a hundred and fifty.

    tumblr is such a different animal than other social media platforms for so many reasons obviously but one thing i really find funny about it is how on other sites if i see something that doesn't interest me i don't follow or don't like the post. but on here if someone i follow starts posting exclusively about something really niche that i have no interest in my reaction is never to unfollow. its just part of the natural environment. like oh mutual is now really into pro wrestling? ok i guess ill be seeing these guys around now

    a pretty wedding pic, finally! :)

    these two probably both teared up while saying their vows to each other... (funfact: murat cried the whole night before the wedding and good thing teia found a mage to help him with his red eyes and slightly swollen face. he was too excited and happy viago please stop yelling.🥺🥺🥺) also murat is a proud de riva-dellamorte now. also2 the wedding takes place 2-3 years after datv.

    there'll be more wedding pics and maybe a little comic strip which i think is hilarious. so stay tuned!!

    yeah the guy who invented them made incredibly precise infusion pumps (as opposed to gravity fed ivs) which not only meant they could give medications to teeny tiny babies safely, it's also used for insulin pumps and portable dialysis machines. the key element is that it's a peristaltic pump so the liquid stays in sterile tubing for safety

    (unholy drink cloaca uses it to dispense precise amounts of flavored sugar syrup)
