Homemade Hungarian noodles called ‘nokedli’ are both simple to make and impressive! We love pairing them with chicken paprikash, but you could enjoy in soups, stews or with your favourite pasta sauce!

Also known as Haluska, this easy authentic Hungarian fried cabbage and noodles recipe is passed down from my great grandmother (dédanyja).

Easy to prepare with only 4 pantry ingredients, they're rustic in appearance, but delicate in flavor. Nokedli are basically a small, lighter version of egg noodles!
