It only takes 4 ingredients and will taste like something straight out of a Japanese restaurant. Please try it with some yuzu kosho, it’s so so good. 

Using kitchen tools from @wearegoodmaison 

Marinade:
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp shiro dashi
1 tbsp sugar

Bake fan mode (convection) 180°C, 15 mins.
Remove bok choy from baking tray.
Switch to broiler/grill mode 200°C for 5-7min
